Derek has been involved in amateur theatre for the last 25 years. Over these years he has working in a number of roles on and off stage. This has seen Derek perform in a number of lead, supporting and chorus roles on stage. Off stage he has produced, directed, stage managed, designed and operated the lighting and crewed. Derek currently is a secondary teacher at a local school and loves teaching senior students his passion which is the theatre craft.
